For exporting and registration of your new vehicle we request the following documents:

• Copy of passport or ID card. 
• Official company details (VAT number, trade name, etc.)

Sales within the EU borders
In order to ensure a VAT-rate of 0% within the European Union, we request a validity of the business to prove that our clients operate legitimately in the name of the business.  

We request:

• A copy of the passport or ID of the official business owner
• A valid VAT-number of the business
• Proof of business excitance:
  • Official chamber of commerce registration documents
  • Business card 
  • Official business papers and documents 

Sales outside the EU border
In case the clients comes by to pick-up the truck themselves, we ask a fee to arrange all the (export)documents needed:

We request:

• A copy of the driver license 
• A copy of the passport or ID of the chauffeur

After the purchase of your truck, you may require a temporary license plate in order to drive the vehicle to your country of destination. We offer the services to arrange these license plates according to your wishes. With the help of our network we can arrange license plates in one to three business days.
